What is the Preparartion Process?

For polyester dyeing, disperse dye is used as the dyestuff which is not soluble in water. Polyester is put in the bath which dyestuff is dispersed and dyed under high temperature with high pressure condition at no less than 130℃.
In this dye bath, dispersing agent which disperses dyestuff evenly in the bath and leveling agent which enables to dye more than some hundred meter of fabric are added with water and disperse dye.
NICCA combines these two chemicals in one agent for better workability.

Mechanism of polyester dyeing

At high temperature of dye bath, polyester will have small void among molecular chains of fiber, and dyestuff molecular will go into the void.
Cooling down the bath closes the void and the dyestuff stays inside of the fiber.
This is the mechanism of dyeing hydrophobic synthetic fiber.
