"DRAINLESS RC" is a new dyeing RC recipe that saves water, energy, and time by reducing the number of times water is drained.
Two recipes are available for dyeing: the "STANDARD recipe" for medium to dark colors of polyester and cotton blend materials, and the "BOOST recipe" for materials that are difficult to pass the fastness test, such as extremely dark polyester colors and polyurethane blends. We propose solutions that overturn common sense in RC.
In addition, NICCA is working to visualize the improvement effects on the environment and productivity of textile processing, and is calculating how much water, energy, time, cost, etc. can be saved by the recipes proposed by DRAINLESS RC.
