TEXPORT SKY is a dyeing auxiliary that achieves the protection of dyes and the effect of a chelating agent in one product. It is possible to suppress color difference and improve RFT, contributing to increased production efficiency.

Quality stabilization

Suppresses decolorization of dye due to oil in dyeing bath by presenting an effect of dye protection.
Minimizes shade dispersion and scum stains in dyeing by presenting an effect of chelating and dispersing.

Shortening the process and improving the RFT of dyeing by one-bath scouring and dyeing.

Prevents color differences due to variations in water quality

Depending on the season and weather, the water quality varies between the laboratory and the mill, or between mills, causing color differences and scum stains. Since it is difficult to keep the water quality constant, dyeing auxiliaries with chelate dispersibility are required.
TEXPORT SKY catches metal ions that affect dyes and prevents them from adhering to the fabric.
