Process
Material
After dyeing polyester fibers with disperse dyes, the excess dye on the fiber surface is reductively degraded to remove the dye that affects dyeing fastness. Generally, drainage is performed after dyeing and reduction clearing is performed under alkaline conditions. As a reducing agent under alkaline conditions, hydrosulfite and thiourea dioxide are used. In addition, after alkaline reduction clearing, neutralization process using acid is necessary. NICCA has developed "ESKUDO RC-010", a liquid reduction clearing agent that replaces powder reducing agents such as hydrosulfite and thiourea dioxide. Since it is a liquid reducing agent mainly composed of natural ingredients, it is excellent in safety to the human body and the environment and workability when the agent is added and dissolved. Since it is compatible with automatic dosing machines, it is possible to prevent processing variations due to workers. NICCA introduces "SUNMORL MC-2000" if you want to shorten the process. It is a liquid reduction clearing agent that exerts reducing power under acidic conditions. It contributes to improving productivity and saving water and energy because it can performs reduction clearing without changing the liquid after dyeing and does not require a neutralization process.
