Scouring is a preparation process to prevent problems at the next process such as dyeing or finishing by eliminating hydrophobic impurities on greige fabric without deteriorating the fabric itself.
Scouring agent is required to eliminate the impurities effectively such as sizing agent or lubricating agent, stains from weaving process and abrasion stains which come from greige woven or knitted fabric.
The required property of scouring agent varies depending on materials, fabric structure, stains and applications.
