NK ASSIST NY-99 is a non-yellowing type crosslinking agent that takes full advantage of the features of the NEOSEED series. It exhibits excellent durable water repellency when used in combination with either acrylic water repellent or silicone water repellent.
Like the NEOSEED series, it is a bluesign^® approved product, contributing to environmentally friendly dyeing processing.

Amazing water repellency that lasts even after 50 washes!

In order to maintain high water repellency even after washing, you need not only a water repellent but also a compatible crosslinking agent. This is a video that verifies the difference in durable water repellency depending on the crosslinking agent.
Nylon fabric was treated with silicone water repellents “NEOSEED NR-8844” and “NK ASSIST NY-99”, or conventional crosslinking agents, and the durable water repellency after 50 washes was compared. It can be seen that there is a large difference in durable water repellency just by using a different crosslinking agent.
