SUNMORL WX series is a scouring agent developed for synthetic fiber knit material.
It has excellent removability of knitting oil and emulsion stability.
It can eliminate defects of dye dispersibility due to residual oil, and dirt and disproportion caused by poor penetration.

Scouring of synthetic woven fabrics is generally a continuous scouring process, and removal of sizing agent and oil is required.
The SUNMORL HS series realizes detachment and re-deposition prevention of sizing agent and oil by the effect of surfactant and so on.

Polyester fiber is dyed at high temperature (130 °C) with disperse dyes.

It achieves high dyeing quality and process shortening.

The TEXPORT D series realizes stable fabric running performance in the dyeing machine due to the effect of reducing the friction between the cloth/cloth and the cloth/machine in the dye bath and the foam control effect of the dye bath.
It is effective in reducing friction troubles, wrinkles, and spots caused by them.

The SUNLIFE LP series prevent dye discoloration due to ultraviolet rays.
By adding at the dyeing process, it's exhausted to the polyester fiber and reduces the dye attack of ultraviolet rays, contributing to the improvement of light fastness.

TEXPORT PEEL has a polymer component with high compatibility with polyester oligomer, so it reduces troubles by stably dispersing oligomers discharged from fiber during dyeing process at high temperature (130 °C).
It alleviates the following problems. (1) degradation such as white powder trouble due to oligomer adhesion and shadow spots of satin material, (2) fabric disadvantages resulting from oligomer contamination of processing machines, (3) yarn breakage and smoothness deterioration during yarn processing.

The SUNMORL RC series is a soaping agent used for reduction clearing after polyester dyeing.
It has the effect of positively removing unfixed dyes and reduced dye decomposition products and contributes to the improvement of rubbing fastness and dyeing fastness.
